This product is real junk. It cracked and popped out of the carton. It was off more than on. It has a very strange way of controling the volume and even turning it off and on. The connections are very weak and small. It is just not suited for a motorcycle helment. The connections finally broke after about 10 hours of use. This product cannot be serious it is more of a toy. . . Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!Larry Rating: 1 / 5

i did a lot of comparison shopping prior to choosing this product. it was a decent price, works fairly well. the boom mike picks up wind noise that creates popping noises in the other units that are receiving. it should probably come with a shell to cover the front half of the boom mike to keep the wind off of it. i cannot think of any other important criticism than the boom mike/wind problem. for the price, it is a decent value. i bought one so i could receive phone calls while on the bike, and found it could easily connect to my GPS. I was happy enough with it to badger my biker freind to buy one so we could talk while on rides thru the country. I offered to pay 20%% of the cost, but he was so happy with his, he refused to accept my offer. Rating: 3 / 5

Have used this product for almost a year now and think it deserves a positive review. Capable of delivering lots of volume if needed. Microphone audio is very clean and whatever noise-canceling technology is used, works very well. In the box you get AC and DC chargers ( many others do not include both ). In the box you get two different types of mics, for open helmets and closed helmets (many others do not include both). Operating this unit is not what I would call intuitive, but it is not difficult to learn. The only thing that is tricky until you get accustomed to it, is the volume controls while wearing a glove. The volume control buttons are small,on top; and toward the back. With heavy cold weather gloves on, I find that it is sometimes difficult to hit the correct button the first time. This isn’t a huge problem, but this is one area that could stand to be improved. The bluetooth technology works as advertised and registering a bluetooth device is surprisingly simple. I have had bluetooth capable devices for years, but this is the first time I have ever tried to make use of it. Bluetooth works well, and this product did not produce any of the bluetooth coupling nightmares that I have read about. I give it 4 stars out of 5 only over the volume control buttons. They work fine, sometimes they are just a bit difficult to feel through gloves. Rating: 4 / 5
